The Israeli military has said a series of 'grave mistakes' led to a drone strike on an aid convoy that killed seven workers in Gaza.

Among those killed in the strike were three British nationals -- James Henderson, John Chapman and James Kirby.

They were all part of the World Central Kitchen's security team and were delivering aid to civilians in Gaza, according to the charity.

Military analyst Sean Bell discusses with Sky's Kamali Melbourne.
