Health Canada has extended the expiry date of nearly 45,000 doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, which were set to expire on Monday.

Now that they can be used until July 1, health-care workers in Ontario don’t have to rush to ensure no vaccine goes to waste.

The good news comes as Quebec emerges from its harshest restrictions, which already has Montreal’s mayor apologizing after she was caught breaking rules. Mike Le Couteur explains.
