Many people have a lot of assets but so little cash. That’s why inventory cannot be immediately seen as assets if you can’t sell them fast enough, like within one year, like what happened with the nose masks. Even houses are assets. But to become a cash equivalent, you’d have to be able to sell it fast enough.
