Dozens of migrants drown after boat breaks apart off southern Italy

At least 45 migrants have died in a shipwreck off the coast of southern Italy.
More than 80 survivors have been rescued, and 22 of them are now in hospital.
Officials say the ship travelled to Italy from Turkey - with those on board trying to reach Europe through the Mediterranean Sea.
