Dementia is on the rise in Canada, to the point where one in five Canadians will experience caring for someone living with Alzheimers or Parkinsons, or any of the other neurological diseases under the dementia umbrella.
Anybody who’s had a parent with dementia knows just how hard it is and how few resources are available to help them out.
