More than 155,000 public service workers are on strike across Canada after the government failed to reach a deal with the Public Service Agency of Canada (PSAC).
Canadians now face serious delays in accessing federal services if the strike prolongs, most notably in the tax department with 35,000 CRA workers off the job.
So what is deemed an essential service, and what will be disrupted?
