The Toronto Blue Jays are set to face bigger crowds at the Rogers Centre this week, as relaxed COVID-19 capacity rules will finally allow 30,000 to watch in the stadium, double the amount that was allowed previously.
The relaxed rules are also made possible thanks to new proof of vaccination rules, while Ontario vaccination rate surpasses 80 per cent.
But as Mike Drolet reports, the vaccinations and restrictions remain complicated for athletes across sports, hopping across different cities, as a number of vaccine holdouts remain among teams.
