The European Union and United Kingdom still appear to be on a collision course over vaccine supplies as the bloc faces a third wave of coronavirus.
It is set to tighten rules on exporting vaccines, with supplies of the AstraZeneca jab a central issue.
In the meantime, several countries are struggling to find the right measures to stop more citizens becoming sick.
