Manitoba's health-care system continues to struggle in its third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic as hospitals are still overwhelmed by the high rate of infections.
Over the weekend, the province had hit a record milestone of 30 COVID-19 patients admitted to intensive care within a 48 hour period.
