Alberta residents still don’t know what kind of holiday gatherings will be allowed under the province’s latest COVID-19 rules. The current restrictions, which are some of the toughest in the country, are set to be eased this week.
Premier Jason Kenney said Albertans can expect an update on COVID-19 health measures for the holidays on Tuesday, and stressed that any possible rule changes must be done very carefully, especially with so much still not known about the Omicron variant.
