Several countries have banned travel from the United Kingdom because of a new strain of the novel coronavirus.

But, late Tuesday night, France decided to reopen its borders to French citizens, residents and truck drivers. The agreement requires travels to have proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

As Crystal Goomansingh reports, thousands of truck drivers are waiting to be tested.
