The 2nd wave of the coronavirus has been spreading so fast in some regions of Canada and on Tuesday the entire province of Manitoba and the city of Toronto, Ontario announced they are moving to the “red zone” under their coronavirus response systems, and local officials will implement stricter restrictions. And, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau urged political leaders in Canada on Tuesday to strengthen their local restrictions as cases continue to surge. He stressed that the federal government cannot tell the provinces and territories what to do, but will offer support during the upcoming winter months amid the second wave that so far has infected more than 270,000 people, with 10,600 confirmed deaths.
