The final day of the COP28 climate summit in Dubai has come and gone but delegates are still discussing the draft wording of a second resolution - having rejected the first.

The sticking point remains the standoff between countries wanting an agreement to phase out the use of fossil fuels completely and those hoping for weaker wording around the reduction of oil and gas dependence.
