What's going on here clearly affects the entire world, but those in the global south are likely to be the worst hit by the impact of climate change, even though their countries are not up there with the big polluters.

We have been working with Insight Share, a not-for-profit organisation which helps indigenous communities across the African continent to film and tell their own stories.

We asked them to send us videos explaining what changes they are already experiencing, and to send a message to the leaders gathered here.
