Change in government's math makes New Brunswick's jails seem more crowded

New Brunswick government figures show the male correctional system had 512 people in it as of Dec. 31, which would appear to be more than 40 people over capacity. But in reality, provincial jails were only over capacity by eight people, a CBC analysis has found.
