New Brunswick is facing more backlash, as the province is now ordering thousands of employees not to use the words "unceded" or "unsurrendered" when making public acknowledgements to Indigenous lands.

The new tweaks come as the province faces lawsuits by six First Nations communities, claiming more than half of New Brunswick's land mass belongs to them.

As Ross Lord reports, the province says the new move is posturing for legal purposes - but Indigenous leaders say it's a sign of disrespect.
