South Wales police are reviewing footage which appears to show a police vehicle pursuing an e-bike in Cardiff - shortly before a crash which left two teenage boys dead.

The force said the CCTV film was being "recovered as part of the investigation" - while insisting there had been no vehicles on the road "when the collision occurred".

Social media posts about a police chase sparked several hours of rioting in the Ely area well into the night.
