Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and 15-year-old Harvey Evans died in a crash in the Ely area of the city of Cardiff on Monday evening, with reports of disturbances taking place in the area following the collision.

South Wales Police have arrested nine people over the disorder, including five who were detained early on Thursday.
