The first minister of Wales Mark Drakeford, has said the police have questions to answer about the riot which broke out in the Cardiff suburb of Ely on Monday.

The violent disturbances followed a crash in which 16-year-old Kai-reese Sullivan and 15-year-old Harvey Evans were killed.
