Thieves have ransacked 'House to Home,' an Ottawa-based non-profit devoted to helping refugees.

Staff and volunteers say they found their warehouse of donated furniture and goods a mess, and that anything that expensive-looking is now gone.

Abigail Bimman speaks with the charity's founder and warehouse manager about the devastating setback and the volunteer who is stepping up to help restock some of the lost items.
