If you’re feeling burnt out at work, you’re far from alone.

A new survey by HR consulting firm Robert Half released on Wednesday found more than four in 10 (42 per cent) of Canadian professionals reported feeling burn out at work, with Millennials (ages 27 to 42) the generation that reported feeling it the most.

Generation Z (Ages 18 to 26) closely followed with 51 per cent reporting burnout, followed by Generation X (ages 43 to 58) at 32 per cent, and baby boomers (ages 59 and above) at 24 per cent.

Global’s Naomi Barghiel spoke to experts about how to fight those feelings of burnout.
