The federal Liberals are refusing to say which politicians allegedly "wittingly" cooperated with foreign interference schemes, including revealing secrets to foreign states, following a damning report from the National Security Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP).
The report warns it would be very difficult to bring charges against those involved due to outdated laws on foreign interference in Canada.
