California: Three people and a dog rescued from flooded car

Drone footage captures the moment three people and a dog are rescued after driving around road closure signs.

Tulare County Sheriff's Office used the incident to remind people to follow road closure signs, even if the conditions look fine.

The local fire department were forced to step in to rescue the group from the roof of their car.
