Budget 2023: Energy Price Guarantee to be kept for three months

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt MP has announced that the Energy Price Guarantee will remain at £2,500 until the end of June, when it is expected that prices could start to fall.

Speaking in the Commons, the chancellor said there is still "enormous pressure on family finances" due to the high cost of living, adding that "we should always stand ready to help when we can".
