Container ship Joseph Schulte is heading for Turkey after being trapped at Odesa port for 18 months.
Russia says it will regard all ships heading to Ukrainian ports as parties to the conflict.
Ukraine announced humanitarian corridor after collapse of the Black Sea grain deal last month.
Russia has not said whether it will respect Ukraine's decision to let the container ship leave port of Odesa.
