Birth trauma: Top midwife slams 'wholly insufficient' progress two years after key report

Donna Ockenden has criticised government progress, more than two years on from her report highlighting 15 areas that need "immediate" action.

She told Sky News she is "angry" over government inaction after a landmark inquiry said good maternity care "is the exception rather than the rule".
