Belarus: Putin and Lukashenko discuss plane diversion

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko has met with his strongest ally, Vladimir Putin, at the Russian president's Black Sea residence in Sochi.

The country is being increasingly isolated from the rest of Europe after a plane travelling from Greece to Lithuania on Sunday was forced to land in Belarus, and a dissident journalist onboard was arrested.
