BC floods: Communities drenched, cut off again amid another atmospheric river

Concerns are rising in Abbotsford, B.C. as another atmospheric river soaks the already flood-battered Sumas Prairie region.

This is the third time in a week an atmospheric river is drenching southwestern B.C., where flooding and landslides have already disrupted the lives of thousands of people.

Heather Yourex-West reports on how local farmers are coping, and how local infrastructure is standing up to all the water.

The storm has also prompted the closure of some major highways, cutting off access to the city of Hope, B.C. Robin Gill looks at the fears for residents and businesses.
