The driver of a charted bus that crashed in Australia's New South Wales (NSW), killing at least 10 passengers, is currently in the charging process, police said on Monday.

The bus was carrying wedding guests when it rolled off a ramp at a roundabout, at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, near the town of Greta, about 180 km northwest of Sydney. Greta, part of the Hunter region, is famous for its vineyards and wedding spots.

The driver, a 58-year-old man, has been arrested and is currently in the charging process, assistant police commissioner Karen Webb told media.

The charges, however, were not revealed. Of the 25 people injured and transported to a hospital, only 15 passengers remain — one being in critical, but stable condition.
