Authorities say more than 280 people have been killed in a major rail accident in eastern India. At least 900 people were injured. Two passenger trains and a freight train were involved in the crash. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is due to visit the accident site later Saturday. Rescuers are now in a race against time to free passengers who are feared trapped in the wreckage.
