Authorities in India say at least 288 people have been killed in a railway accident in the east of the country. Hundreds more were injured in what's being called the worst train accident in decades.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the crash site a short time ago - and said that he was 'distressed' by the devastation. His government has promised all possible assistance.
