2 years since Kovrig, Spavor detained in China

Today marks two years since Canadians Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig were detained by China. While China denies that the arrests were arbitrary or retaliatory, they are widely seen as the government's reaction to the arrest of Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou.
