The mayor of Minneapolis in the United States has declared a state of emergency, as protesters take to the streets angered by the police shooting of unarmed black man Daunte Wright on Sunday.
The city's police chief says the officer had mistakenly used her gun on the 20 year old, thinking it was a Taser.
Wright was shot less than 20 kilometres away from where another Black American man, George Floyd, was killed.
