Parts of Southern Ontario are still digging their way out from last weekend’s severe winter storm.
The Niagara region has lifted its state of emergency which had been in place since Dec. 24. Many homeowners have now been able to go back and assess the damage, after going days without power.
Seán O’Shea reports from Crystal Beach, Ontario, speaking with some of the people from one of the hardest hit communities.
