Fresh off an election win, Assembly of First Nations (AFN) National Chief Cindy Woodhouse says she is ready to get to work.
Woodhouse is the third National Chief from Manitoba, and the second woman to lead the political advocacy organization.
But the job is never easy, which requires the balancing of regional interests internally while presenting a united First Nations front to the federal government.
