The manhunt for the prime suspect in the shooting inside a New York subway train has ended, with police arresting 62-year-old Frank James.

Police had launched a huge effort to find the suspect James and asked the public for help. Although several media outlets, including the Associated Press, are quoting anonymous police sources, who say it was James himself who called and told officers where he was.

Jackson Proskow reports on what James has a history of doing, and the charges he's facing.
