Russian police have detained dozens of supporters of the opposition leader Alexei Navalny who died suddenly in a remote penal camp. Navalny's close allies have confirmed his death, but say the authorities are refusing to release his body. With many questions still not resolved, many world leaders, campaigners and Navalny's family are all pointing the finger at Russia's president Vladimir Putin.
