Azerbaijan's President says his country has regained control over the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region after separatist ethnic Armenian forces agreed to lay down their arms as part of a ceasefire.
Protesters have rallied in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, over the government's handling of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh accusing it of abandoning Armenians during the fighting. Separatist officials say at least 200 people were killed.
