At least 13 soldiers have been killed in Sierra Leone during a series of armed attacks in the country's capital. The assaults allowed nearly 2-thousand inmates to escape from prison. Authorities say most of the leaders of the attacks have been arrested and an investigation is underway. A stay-at-home order has been partially relaxed, but remains in place from dusk till dawn.
