A massive tanker explosion in Sierra Leone has left more than 90 people dead and dozens more injured. The blast in the capital, Freetown, happened after a fuel tanker truck struck another vehicle at a busy junction in the city, causing it to leak fuel. The flames then spread in the area, burning people in cars and on roads nearby.
