Westminster Accounts: Ex-SNP leader calls for immediate change to donations

The former SNP leader in Westminster, Ian Blackford, has told Sky News the government should change the rules about political donations this "sitting".

It follows the Sky News-Tortoise Media project Westminster Accounts that reveals what funds MPs receive from outside organisations.

Mr Blackford said "MPs are not being open" about where money is coming from - and that "it is right that we see legislation that cleans this up".
