Welsh secretary reacts to the Tory betting allegations

Wales Secretary David TC Davies discusses the Tory betting allegations, defections and vow to reform social care.

Mr Davies has told Sky News he wanted to "put on record" he did not bet on the date of the general election as a gambling scandal engulfs the Tory campaign.

He said it was 'totally unacceptable' if people were found to have broken the rules.
