Darrell E. Brooks, 39, is in police custody, accused of driving an SUV into a crowd at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, killing at least five people and injuring dozens of others. Among the dead are members of the "Milwaukee Dancing Grannies," who were performing in the parade.

Meanwhile, 18 of the injured were children, with several in critical condition. Jackson Proskow reports on the victims and what police say the Brooks was trying to escape.
