Wagner Rebellion: Has Prigozhin's brief mutiny weakened Putin?

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the man who led the Wagner group rebellion, and ordered his troops to march on Moscow, is now thought to be in exile in Belarus.

He appears to be tamed for now, but the position of Vladmir Putin has been severely weakened.
