There is growing anger in Repentigny, Quebec, after police shot and killed 37-year-old Black man Jean-René Olivier.

Olivier was distressed and suffering from a mental health crisis when police were called in to respond. They say Olivier threatened them with a knife during the incident, but his family is blaming racism inside the police force for the deadly response despite other options.

Olivia O'Malley reports from the Montreal suburb, where a vigil was held amid calls for justice.
