The U.S. special envoy for Haiti, Daniel Foote, resigned saying he will not be associated with the Biden administration’s ‘inhumane, counterproductive decision to deport thousands of Haitian refugees’ from a migrant migrant camp on the U.S.-Mexico border in recent days.
