Ukraine War: Emergency workers dig through rubble to find victims in Kharkiv

51 people, some of them children, were killed in a Russian missile strike in Ukraine's city of Kharkiv in what President Zelenskyy called "a deliberate act of terrorism".

Emergency workers have been scouring the rubble for signs of life after a missile tore into a store and cafe.
