Ukraine War: Battle for Bakhmut 'essentially a draw' but losses are 'phenomenal'

General Sir Richard Barrons says the battle for Bakhmut is "essentially a draw" between the Ukrainians and Russians, adding that the Wagner Group has been "broken" by the fight.

He described it as an "iconic battle" with "phenomenal" losses on both sides.
