Ukraine's president has flown home five commanders, who were being held in Turkey as part of a prisoner exchange deal. The symbolic move has angered Moscow, which says it violates the terms of an agreement brokered last year. The group, which led the defense of Azovstal in the early days of Russia's full invasion, were supposed to remain in Turkey until the end of the war.
