Rival factions battled across Libya's capital starting overnight and into Saturday in what's being considered by some as the worst fighting there for two years.

According to reports, the health ministry of Tripoli's government gave a preliminary death toll of 12 people, with 87 injured, though did not say how many were civilians or fighters.
